The origin of our house dates back to 1920 with Paul Dubois, native of Ardennes and coach driver at the Castle Cazanove in
Paul give up his transport business to pursue viticulture, he develops his first champagnes in barrels to market them under the brand of Champagne Paul Dubois, he will participate in 1940
Paul dies in 1962 and Jean, his son, takes over the family business in 1960. He met Monique, daughter of a wine maker family for 3 generations, the Lemaire family since 1880, they have 4 children together, of which Gerard and Hervé who perpetuate the family legacy. The champagne economy took off in the 60's, Jean and Monique abandons their activity on the farm, they are totally dedicated to the wine and they market
Jean abandons his horse to upgrade equipment and makes the acquisition of a tractor in 1964, installs a winery, a wine press, all the necessary equipment to make champagne. They devote their lives to develop their domain and vineyards in the Côte des Blancs.
Hervé, the youngest, is embarking on the adventure at the age of 21 and markets its own brand in 1981, he currently works a surface of 7.5 hectares of vines. He enjoys working the wine and he elaborates a range of champagne with the same course of action,
A passion passed down from generation to generation, Hervé and his wife Corinne, also daughter of winemaker, share their passion with the arrival of their two daughters in 2012.
